Electrical Engineer – Hybrid Opportunity!
Role Overview
We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to join our team and play a key role in designing electrical systems for commercial buildings. This position is a replacement hire for employees nearing retirement, providing a long-term growth opportunity for an experienced professional. The ideal candidate will lead portions of projects, manage resources, and contribute to design improvements while working in a hybrid environment with flexible scheduling.
Key Responsibilities
Design electrical systems for commercial buildings, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Manage project resources, budgets, and timelines effectively.
Lead project teams or mentor junior engineers as needed.
Work directly with clients from project initiation to completion.
Utilize AutoCAD for design work (Revit experience is a plus).
Improve efficiency and quality assurance processes, including reviewing and marking up drawings.
Participate in company-wide initiatives to enhance engineering workflows.
Qualifications
5–10 years of commercial building electrical design experience.
PE license preferred, but not required.
Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit experience is a plus).
Strong project management and leadership skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
