What You’ll Be Doing

?? Lead High-Impact Projects: Spearhead the design and execution of electrical systems for large-scale healthcare facilities, ensuring full compliance with OSHPD (HCAI) regulations.
?? Shape the Future of Healthcare: Oversee power distribution, lighting, emergency power, and critical infrastructure for cutting-edge medical centers.
?? Own the Process: Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while collaborating with architects, mechanical engineers, and contractors to bring designs to life.
?? Lead & Inspire: Mentor a team of three designers and engineers, providing both leadership and technical expertise.
?? Drive Excellence: Conduct site inspections, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and sustainability.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

? Must-Haves:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in California.
• 8+ years of electrical engineering experience, with 5+ years in healthcare infrastructure.
• Expertise in OSHPD (HCAI) regulations and experience leading large-scale healthcare projects.
• Proven success in ground-up construction and electrical system design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and electrical analysis tools.
• Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills.
