POSITION PURPOSE | |
Responsible for the overall site electrical engineering function, as well as the electrical reliability, process control and electrical condition monitoring tasks at the Pinto Valley Mine Site. The senior electrical engineer also has a lead role in supporting field equipment troubleshooting of electrical issues, as well as maintaining and updating safety protocols regarding interactions with electrical equipment. This position works closely with the electrical maintenance, operations and assets and engineering teams to optimize maintenance strategies, maintenance procedures, safety protocols, and process control strategies. |

POSITION REQUIREMENTS |
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: (Required, Preferred) | · Bachelor’s degree in engineering or diploma in related field
PREFERRED · Electrical or electronics engineering degree |
YEARS OF RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: (Required, Preferred) | · 5 years in electrical engineering or maintenance in a mining operational facility
PREFERRED · 8+ years in electrical engineering or maintenance in a mining operational facility |
