As a Snr Electrical Engineer with Energy Bay Developments you will

• Lead the production and management of comprehensive BESS, PV, & EV charging electrical design packages, utility interconnection drawings, site layouts, and other project deliverables.


• Lead & developed a team of Electrical Engineers PV/BESS


• Review and provide feedback on design documents, ensuring compliance, constructability, and cost optimization.


• Manage multiple projects at once and ensure successful on time completion of each project


• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.


• Identify & minimize technical risks

You will be successful in the role if you:

• Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or similar relevant degree


• 5+ years’ industry experience


• Design experience in PV plants, substations, BESS or other relevant electrical infrastructure projects


• Adhere to our Zero Harm values to protect yourself, team members, customers and the environment


• Understanding of or exposure to renewable energy technology


• Strong communication skills and a high standard of written communication


• Have an affinity with our Mission and Values
