You will be responsible for activities contributing to the design and development of products, solutions, and systems. Includes activities linked to technical improvement of existing products and components.
As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will be:
- Taking responsibility for Master Controls Station assemblies and its subcomponents
- Designing, developing, modifying, and evaluating electrical schematics, electrical and electronic components and integration into production control systems
- Interpreting and communicating of industry and international codes and standards
- Developing new solutions under guidance and/or in a team setting or based upon precedents in the organizations
- Working together with business leadership
- Specifying needs, communicating about project approach and presents outcomes of research done
- Delivering products as part of an international team and working on cross functional teams
- Leading analytical and design activities using proven technologies and vested approaches and methods
- Leading Subsea Electronics Modules design assembly
- Conducting Printed Circuit Board (PCB) design and improvement investigation
- Testing and validating of new products/parts
- Leading cooperation with Technical Governance team
- Providing technical justification in product lifecycle support
- Leading Chair Design Reviews and verifying process compliance of engineering scopes
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a degree in Engineering or a relevant experience in Engineering/Technology
- Have significant experience in Electronic Hardware
- Have experience with electrical characteristics measurements and safety measurements, i.e., insulation, ground continuity and others
- Have experience with Medium Voltage System
- Be familiar with AutoCAD
- Be familiar with Electro Magnetic Compatibility compliance
- Have very good oral and written communication skills
