Senior Electrical Engineer
Our Client is looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team.
Job Duties :
- The ideal candidate will provide support to grid operations, planning, and research are with Client's Research and Development
- They will also support projects in time lead efforts to deploy and evaluate emerging technologies in this arena
- This position is primarily focused on tools to support grid operations with an emphasis on Power System analysis, "Big Data" analytic, and visualization.
- The work will also Involve projects in other areas of the Power System.
- Knowledge of databases, data structures, and computer networking is desirable as well.
- Hybrid Work environment (reporting in Office at least 3 days per week ( 12 days a month)
- Long term contract (Estimated Duration of Assignment 5 years)
Qualifications :
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (EE)
- Specialization in Power Systems desired
- Experience with computer programming (Python, C#, SQL) desired
- Advanced degree in EE, computer science or other related fields strongly preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Excellent Troubleshooting and Analytical skills
