SUMMARY: As the RF Engineering Director, you will spearhead the design, development, and deployment of next-generation RF technologies, products, and systems that will drive the future of Spectrum's European subsidiary. You will lead, nurture, and evolve a high-performing team of engineers, shaping the strategic direction of RF projects, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of innovation, quality, and performance.
