What You Will Do
We are seeking an experienced Electronics Engineer to join our cross-functional team focused on developing a radiotherapy device. In this individual contributor role, you will work hands-on with both systems and subsystems, diving deep into technical details and contributing directly to the design, testing, and development process. As part of a team that follows the SAFe framework and Scrum methodology, you'll have the opportunity to take ownership and lead your own tasks and development, working independently within the teams' objectives across a variety of technical challenges. You will report to the Hardware Infrastructure Manager, based in Stockholm.
Responsibilities:
Develop electronics and firmware for existing and future subsystems, ensuring safe and efficient product development within the assigned scope.
Contribute to risk analysis, requirements analysis, subsystem architecture, design, and subsystem verification.
Adhere to the Elekta quality system and introduce improvements to enhance its effectiveness.
Stay updated with technical advancements in the field.
Decide on design solutions and their implementation.
Review electronics design and related documents.
What You Will Bring
We're looking for a doer who likes to contribute to the team effort, have a can-do attitude, and possess a problem-solving mindset. Additionally, you have:
Master of Science in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Seven years or more of professional experience in electrical engineering.
Proven experience in power electronics both high level and low level.
Previous experience in driving and testing automation work in a lab environment.
Solid experience in Altium and LTspice or similar tools.
Fluency in English and Swedish, both written and verbal.
