Duties & Responsibilities

Job Description:
Summary:
The Junior Electrical Engineer assists in designing, developing, testing and supervising the manufacturing, installation and commissioning of electrical equipment, components or systems for commercial and industrial use.      
 
Key Responsibilities:          


  • Preparation of engineering deliverables.

  • Conduct site surveys to identify and correct electrical system problems.

  • Design, implement, and maintain electrical instruments, equipment facilities, components, products, or systems for commercial or industrial use.

  • Compile data or write reports regarding existing or potential electrical engineering studies or projects.

  • Assist in performing detailed calculations to compute and establish manufacturing, construction or installation standards or specifications.


 
Essential Qualifications & Experience:


  • Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognised institution.

  • Entry-level position.


Essential Competencies:


  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

  •  

  • Analytical ability and expertise in understanding complex issues and their consequences.

  • Must be able to work in a team environment and individually.
