Electrical Intern must demonstrate strong fundamentals in Electrical theory – Motors, Generators, Transformers, Variable Frequency Drives, Generators and Synchronization, PF, MVAR etc. Individuals who are curious to learn and grow.

The individual should have clear concepts, able to co-relate theory with practical applications in Industry- Power/ Oil&Gas/Turbo Machinery

Electrical Intern will work on certain assignments related to Electrical Systems Design, time bound and crucial for Business.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:

• Work effectively on an assigned project(s) within Steam Power.
• Work closely with the design/projects/engineering community to identify business needs, define problem statements, & develop functional specifications and support various Electrical Engineering activities
• Work closely with an identified mentor on an allocated project, undergo periodic reviews with clear presentations and reports
• Document technical data generated by the assigned project consistent with organization policies and procedures.

Qualification:

Master’s in Electrical and Electronics Engineering/ Electrical and Instrumentation with Bachelors in Equivalent Disciplines

Requirement:

Candidates passing out in 2024-2025 who are available for a full time (in-office) internship for minimum six months.

Desired Skills and Competencies:

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong Analytical Skills, clear concepts based on 1st Principles
• Thorough with various electrical equipment’s like Motors, Transformers, VFD, Power Systems etc ,  deep knowledge on Electrical Theory and basic simulation skills in Matlab ( Equivalent Simulation platforms)
• Understanding and conceptualizing the design criteria for Electrical Systems.
• Good team work, communicate effectively with team members on the progress and obstacles faced.
