What you will do

We are seeking an innovative Radio Frequency (RF) Engineer to join our team in Raanana. You will design, develop, and optimize RF systems for our wireless technologies. How you will do it

  • Design and optimize RF circuits and systems from concept to production.

  • Perform RF analysis, testing, and troubleshooting.

  • Conduct RF measurements with spectrum and network analyzers.

  • Develop RF test procedures for quality and compliance.

  • Collaborate with hardware, software, and systems engineering teams.

  • Maintain technical documentation including specifications and test plans.

  • Participate in design reviews and provide RF solutions.

  • Stay updated on RF technologies and trends.

  • Mentor junior team members.

What we look for

Required

  • Bachelor's in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or related technical field.

  • Understanding of RF principles, electromagnetic theory, and wireless communication fundamentals.

  • Hands-on experience working in electronic labs with equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and network analyzers.

  • Proficiency in RF measurement techniques and performance data interpretation.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Collaborative mindset for effective teamwork.

  • Fluent in English (written and verbal).

Preferred

  • Experience in RF design or testing.

  • Experience with wireless systems (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, LTE, 5G).

  • Knowledge of RF circuit design and antenna theory.

  • Familiarity with RF simulation tools (CST, AWR) and their application in RF design.

  • Experience with Altium Designer for schematic capture and PCB layout.

  • Understanding of compliance requirements (FCC, ETSI) for wireless products.

  • Knowledge of signal processing techniques for RF systems.

  • Knowledge of impedance matching, filtering, and RF amplifier design.

Tools & Technologies

  • RF Test Equipment: Spectrum Analyzers, Network Analyzers, Signal Generators, Power Meters.

  • Design Software: Altium Designer, CST, AWR.

  • Programming/Scripting: MATLAB, Python (for test automation).

  • Regulatory Standards: FCC, ETSI, CE.
