The Innovation and Development Division (IDD) drives the innovation strategy for the Hubs and Operations, and contributes to the Group's transformation. It is responsible for imagining, developing and incubating new solutions until they are brought to market, particularly when it comes to offers with a high technological content (including digital and IT). IDD gathers more than 3,000 employees from 70 nationalities at 60 sites.
The Electrical Engineering Intern will support operation teams in gathering equipment data, and updating of campus electrical drawings and electrical equipment information. Support the updating of site drawings, creating new ones if needed. Assisting with new equipment installations planning and installations. Along with support maintenance activities.
Requirements
Rising Junior or Senior in Electrical Engineering
CAD skills including AutoCad
Demonstrates strong process and operational safety behavior at all times
The ability to understand electrical equipment and electrical single line drawings
Ability to work independently and in small teams, in a way that enhances team dynamics
Individuals should expect to work in a combination of office, lab, and platform areas with modest and part-time support from the Site Operations Teams
Capable of clear and concise written and verbal communication through reports, status updates, presentations, etc.
Able to interface with peers and team members (local and remote) to provide critical information and support organizational goals
Data organization and analysis
Technical and SOP writing skills
Experience in an internship or professional environment preferred
Familiarity with standard facility equipment electrical and mechanical operations preferred
The candidate must have valid unrestricted employment authorization in the U.S. and must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future.
