Trueline's client, a leading engineering solutions firm, is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join their team in Nashville, TN. This hybrid position offers a blend of onsite and remote work, requiring two days per week in the office.


What You'll Do as the Senior Electrical Engineer:

- Lead and supervise a team of electrical engineers, providing mentorship and guidance

- Manage projects of various sizes from concept to completion

- Collaborate with in-house teams across multiple disciplines

- Interface with clients and ensure technical excellence

- Oversee project teams and schedules to achieve successful outcomes


You'll Succeed as the Senior Electrical Engineer if you Have:

- A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution

- An active Professional Engineer (PE) license

- 15+ years of experience in an Architecture/Engineering environment

- A proven track record of successful project management

- Expertise in electrical engineering and knowledge of related fields

- Strong leadership and communication skills
