My client, a leader in the electrical and renewable energy sector, is seeking a Registered Electrical Engineer (Pr Eng / Pr Tech Eng) to join their dynamic team. If you are a highly skilled professional with a passion for electrical engineering, compliance, and innovative energy solutions, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, analyze, and implement electrical systems in compliance with SANS 10142-1 and OHSA regulations.
• Oversee and certify electrical installations, ensuring compliance with NERSA and ECSA standards.
• Specialize in SSEG Applications.
• Conduct site inspections and provide technical support to project teams.
• Mentor junior engineers and technicians.

Requirements:

• BEng / BSc Eng / BTech in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Registered as a Professional Engineer (Pr Eng) or Professional Technologist (Pr Tech Eng) with ECSA.
• Minimum of one year of experience in electrical design, installations, and SSEG Applications.
• Strong understanding of SANS, OHSA, and NERSA compliance.
• Experience in solar PV systems and energy storage solutions is highly desirable.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Profile

BEng / BSc Eng / BTech in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.

Registered as a Professional Engineer (Pr Eng) or Professional Technologist (Pr Tech Eng) with ECSA.

Minimum of one year of experience in electrical design, installations, and SSEG Applications.

We offer

R40 000 per month, slightly negotiable depending on qualifications and experience
