Electrical Engineer - High Voltage - Netherlands - Afrikaans speaking

We are looking for experienced High Voltage Electrical Engineers who are considering relocating to the Netherlands.

Our client is the expert in Designing, Constructing, and managing (complex) High-Voltage installations.

• Taking technical responsibility for Engineering challenging , high voltage projects.
• Ideal canditate will come from a telecomminucations background.
• Using technical insight to effectively translate functional designs into feasible project plans.
• Providing technical documentation and execution documents while adhering to the Systems Engineering methodology.
• Supporting the Lead Engineer and Technical Manager in consecutive project phases from basic design in the preparation phase to detailed engineering.
• Designing and verifying integral solutions based on customer specifications, technical standards and guidelines, and laws and regulations.
• Proactively monitoring progress, addressing bottlenecks, providing feedback on findings, and conducting quality controls.

• A completed technical bachelor’s or master’s degree, such as electrical engineering with a specialization in energy technology, electrical power engineering, or equivalent.
• A preference for working with electricity networks (high voltage) and energy technology.
• At least three years of experience in designing complex high and medium voltage systems with requirements for availability, reliability, maintenance, and safety.
• Knowledge and experience with both primary and secondary systems.
• Experience with UAV-GC contracts and System-Oriented Contract Management is a plus.
• Thorough knowledge and experience with Systems Engineering (SE).
• Excellent communication skills and experience with project-based work.
• Analytically strong, proactive, results-oriented, professional, and capable of uniting various stakeholders within a project.

• Base salary of €4.000 - €6.000 gross per month.
• Payment for work-related costs and the cost of relocating to the Netherlands.
