Description:
Makron is seeking multiple levels of Electrical Engineers (some with a focus on ICS SCADA) to serve as a
technical consultant supporting the completion of a wide range of engineering assignments, including
such things as analysis of technical issues, review of technical documents, performance of field
inspections, and development of technical papers. Responsibilities may include:
Owner’s representative / consulting engineer on electrical design effort. Includes assisting with:
o Creation of Scope of Work documents for design-build (DB) and design-bid-build
(DBB) projects
o Review and evaluation of DB and DBB proposals
o Review of design drawings, documents, calculations and specifications for compliance
with applicable codes, regulations and design standards
o Review and response to RFIs, change orders and submittals.
May be assigned to a project or organizational team, or as a lead engineer for a specific
discipline on a small to intermediate-size project.
Provide technical consultations for interdisciplinary analytical studies and analyses.
Conduct surveys, studies, and site investigations.
Help determine budget estimates and staffing requirements for the defined scope and schedule.
Provides input and technical guidance to CAD Designer/Drafters, Designers, and lower-level
Engineers working on the same project.
