Electrical Engineer/Designer

Description:

All Current Electrical Sales is looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer/Designer to work in our Houston, TX manufacturing center. This role will be responsible for design and creation of drawings for the illustration, construction, and fabrication of our electrical product offerings.

Responsibilities Include:

• Prepare wiring, layout, bill of material and fabrication drawings.
  • Work from sketches, computer models and other information to determine the most appropriate detailed drawings to complete each project.
• Create drawing submittal schedules based on the customer's construction requirements.
• Review of plans and drawings to ensure scope of work is achieved and executed.
• Identify potential problems, scope gaps or deficiencies with the request or documentation.
• Maintain on time delivery (OTD) of engineering drawings.
• Work closely with the sales team and production planning to maintain OTD.
• Support manufacturing shop and QC operations during order production.
