Join our dynamic team at the Frederick Manufacturing Center (FMC) as an Electrical Engineer. You will be providing technical support to the manufacturing, laboratory, and logistics buildings, troubleshooting, modifying, and improving electrical systems. This role is a key part of our mission to pioneer a new 'Quality way' in our operations.

Accountabilities:
As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks including troubleshooting motor controls, performing BMS changes, supporting automation for electrical and utility systems, and implementing operational improvements to reduce energy consumption. You will also be involved in project management, problem-solving, and communication with internal teams and external vendors. Your work will contribute to the completion of milestones associated with specific activities and you will be expected to lead moderate cross-functional teams to complete work.

Essential Skills/Experience:

-Bachelor's in Engineering or relevant discipline.
- 0 to 5 years of relevant experience
- 0 to 3+ years of industry experience

Desirable Skills/Experience:
- BA/BS in Engineering/Life Sciences
