Electrical Engineer

We are looking for Electrical Design Engineers who are enthusiastic and have the ability to complete tasks thoroughly while juggling multiple project responsibilities. Our Designers work on project teams to take projects from initial layout through construction. They complete electrical load and lighting calculations, size equipment, and develop one-line diagrams for buildings. Desired Qualifications & Characteristics:

• BS/MS in electrical engineering (or related engineering discipline) or 3+ years of electrical experience in the building industry
• Understanding of electrical engineering principles with coursework in power system design
• Internship experience preferred
• Experience with lighting software to perform interior/exterior lighting calculations
• Ability to perform fault and voltage drop calculations
• Understand equipment specifications and evaluate design limitations
• Experience with AutoCAD or Revit preferred
• Familiar with NEC/CEC and Title 24 guidelines
• Accurate and detail oriented
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficiency using Excel to complete calculations
