Mssion Summary:  

The candidate will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team in different product lifecycle phases, specifically focusing on product development and support. He/She will be responsible for providing innovative solutions requiring the development or sustaining of new or improved techniques, procedures or products. The Electrical Engineer also assists in planning, conducting, and evaluating approaches to meeting the project objectives in a timely fashion.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties

• Design / Design modifications (Sensor Analog Front End/Digital electronics)
• Manufacturing follow-up
• Updating of manufacturing file
• Conduct electrical tests in laboratory (Oscilloscope, etc)
• Technical documentation (reports, requirements, specifications)
• Conduct product qualification tests
• Conduct Failure Analysis at board and/or tool level

Required skills

• MS in Electrical Engineering and 5 years or more of work experience
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal in English
• English and French langage proficiency
• Direct hands-on experience with common electronic test equipment such as oscilloscopes, switches, function generators, multimeters, spectrum analyzers, power analyzers, etc
• Good “Physical sense”
• Experience in Electrical board quick prototyping
• Must have some skills below. A candidate does not need all skills, but willing to learn step by step:
• Digital (MCU, linux mcu, FPGA, etc)
• Analog electronics

• Layout
• Cadence, LTSpice, TINA
• Python, C langage

Telewrking:

1 or 2 days possible occasionally after the start-up period for this mission based mainly in the workshop and Labs, and with prior agreement of the mission manager.
