This position is to lead electrical and automation improvement. Giving Electrical & Automation support for line reliability, critical preventive and predictive maintenance activities and supporting to dig depth for root caused analyze to be improved. Responsible for managing the OEE, maintenance cost effectiveness and all required deliverables with 100 % compliance to NSBI and Government Regulation.
Responsibilities:

Mandatory objectives (Applied for all employees): Implement and comply with Occupational Health Safety & Environment (OHSE) Policy, Quality & Environmental Management System, BSL Policy, Code of Conduct (How We Work), Collective Labour Agreement (CLA) and Government Regulations.
- Deliver NSBI safety performance to the project team include contractor as per NSBI Safety Management Plan.
- Develop all safety document related, prior to work execution (JSEA and other permits).
- Deliver continuous improvement idea and implementation to support production line, maintenance area, utility, and warehouse area.
- Develop technical documents related to new equipment provision or equipment modification.
- Manage communication with contractor related to job offer, tendering process, and work execution.
- Support NSBI Strategic Project and small improvement project related to: Electrical & automation Design, Electrical Installation, Wiring and automation software.
- Ensure project compliance with all NSBI regulation and Code of Practice (COP) and government regulation.
- Manage assigned CAPEX project under approved budget and promised timeline. Also need to ensure the project safety performance by achieving “Zero Harm”.
- Ensure Change management is properly implemented before performing any modification.
- Ensures quality of work and documentation for project-based task.
- Review work planning and scheduling with planner. Responsible for providing feedback to the maintenance planner to ensure that jobs plan are efficient and effective and that scheduling is accurate.
- Ensures equipment availability is adequate to meet the profit plan.
- Implements preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Qualification and/or experience required:
- Bachelor’s degree of electrical Engineering/ mechatronic engineering, Min. 3 years Work Experience.
- Demonstrated safety leadership.
- Experience in similar industry or Experience in continuous processing line.
- Electrical Safety Certified.
- High Voltage and Low Voltage knowledge.
- Familiar with Ms. Project and Ms. Visio.
- Experience to manage craft / technician – Good Leadership skill.
- Familiar with SIEMENS PLC and WinCC HMI is preferable.
- Technical capability for failure analysis, six sigma certificated is preferable.
- Understanding Single Line Diagram and Wiring Diagram.
- Understanding in safety PLC concept.
- Understanding in automation system.
- Drive configuration.
- System commissioning.
