POSITION SUMMARY:
As the Electrical Engineer at Evolution Well Services' (EVO), you will be responsible for designing, development, testing and documentation of electrical systems and components for EVO hydraulic fracturing and power generation equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical design, drafting, data management, proficiency in CAD software and a passion for delivering high-quality work products in a time efficient manner.

The Electrical Engineer works primarily indoors and will be sitting for prolonged periods at a desk, while typing on a computer, whether in home office, corporate office, client office, or EVO jobsite. Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities. When required to visit a wellsite, the Electrical Engineer’s work environment may include exposure to hazardous materials, operating conditions, audio up to 85 dB and inclement weather, including typical and atypical outdoor elements and extreme cold and hot weather temperatures. Given these conditions, if visiting a pad, the Electrical Designer may be required to wear company mandated and issued personal protective equipment (PPE) (fire retardant coveralls, safety hat, steel-toe boots, safety glasses, ear protection and safety gloves) and must strictly adhere to all safety policies. The Electrical Engineer must be able to lift 25 lbs. independently, and will be required to walk, climb, bend, reach, squat/kneel.
Work hours may include early morning, late afternoon/evening hours, and weekends in combination depending on job necessity.
