Exciting Opportunity: Electrical Engineer

We’re looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to play a key role in ensuring the quality of electrical design. The projects are mainly located around mid parts of Sweden and southern parts of Norway. 

Key Responsibilities*:

• Serve as the technical authority within electrical systems and grid for key projects.
• Verify and optimize design for high voltage and low voltage scopes with a focus on safety and efficiency.
• Develop requirements and design criteria for power supply and distribution.
• Review and approve specifications for electrical equipment, systems, and devices.
• Verify and approve all electrical documentation, including specifications, load lists, and diagrams.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations.
• Support the development of HSE, O&M, and execution strategies.
• Interface with various engineering disciplines, suppliers, contractors, and customers to resolve technical matters.
• Conduct site visits and inspections at project locations and supplier factories.

Qualifications*:

• MSc in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of experience as an electrical engineer in the oil & gas, power sector, or similar industries.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and codes.
• Experience with industrial plant design and grid connection processes.
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset with excellent collaboration skills.
