Electrical Engineer

Description
Designs, develops, tests, implements and / or enhances electrical systems. Develops and maintains electrical and related hardware and components for complex electro-mechanical devices. May work on servo systems, analog and digital logic as well as general system integration. Ensures appropriate electrical system integration with mechanical and software elements of products, systems and devices.

Responsibilities

Provides Electrical Engineering support for an assigned set of system elements.

Works with Lead EE to ensure circuit designs are included in cross-functional/platform design reviews prior to Gerber-out.

Assists in developing, reviewing and executing the test plans for design.

Assists in driving assigned issues to closure through root cause analysis and performs real-time updates to issues database.

Understands suppliers' product roadmaps.

Assists other design engineers on team as necessary.

Designs basic electrical components and ensures they meet all standards and specifications.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

Diploma or equivalent work experience required.

Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Electrical Engineering.

Good business English skills (Written and spoken).
