Ensure reliability of our manufacturing processes by stabilising the performance of physical assets, defining and setting standards for the proper management and care of the assets and installation under his/her responsibility whilst ensuring optimum levels of availability, at the lowest total cost of ownership. The role needs to have a strong view of the short to medium term to move the performance of the plant to one that is proactive, while supporting the day-to-day plant activities to ensure the processes are reliable. We are looking for an interim Site Electrical Engineer who to enhance our existing engineering team. Working as a key team member all candidates must have at least 5 years Engineering experience and be qualified to a minimum of HNC (preferably BEng Degree / HND) in an Electrical Engineering discipline, with a can-do attitude. Strong Electrical, Control, Automation, and Instrumentation skills with knowledge of 3 phase LV systems and HV distribution.
To support and help deliver all Electrical & Automation activities across site. The job holder will support CAPEX/Revenue projects, be responsible for delivering Reliability, Site services, improving process performance through OEE improvements.

Liaison with operations to develop timely plans to reduce maintenance cost and impact to the process.
