Description

Key Responsibilities:



  • Participates in the conceptualization, modeling, analysis, development, documentation, and test/validation of semiconductor equipment.

  • Develops and execute test plans that generate characterization data sufficient to understand and validate the performance of the design

  • Provide RF expertise to validate requirements and support next generation semiconductor equipment

  • Strong knowledge of RF system design concepts and RF delivery in the semiconductor industry

  • Work with other teams and suppliers to continuously improve technology, performance, and productivity

  • RF device modeling and circuit design

  • Responsible for conducting RF test development and execution, device-level reliability failure mechanisms and testing

  • Experience RF electrical characterization techniques and equipment

  • Other duties as assigned


Requirements:



  • Exceptional data analysis, problem solving, and interpersonal skills

  • Strong technical writing and presentation skills

  • Ability to deal with complicated internal or customer problems under deadline pressure in a highly dynamic environment

  • Knowledge of working with CAD tools (in particular CREO) and SAP

  • Self-motivated and be able to take initiative

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Electronics preferred) or MBA, with 7+ years of experience; 2 of which in a supervisor role; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
