How to contribute to our vision

We are looking for an electrical engineer, with experience in quality and factory (in a production process) who will: 

 

  • Prepares Quality-related analyses, concepts, methods and tools, for respective management to decide.  
  • Advice business accountable management in specific Quality-related issues.  
  • Ensures and Implements quality related standards, guidelines and programs in a specific quality area, or in organizational unit(s) assigned.  
  • Analyzes working environment and proposes improvements to management.  
  • Keeps abreast of industry and legal trends in a specific quality area.  
  • Drives and coaches’ unit-related general Quality projects in a specific Quality area.  
  • Contributes to budget planning processes.   
  • Trains employees in a specific quality area.  
  • Coordinates a group of quality related staff without leading the team. 
  • Ensures effective cooperation with both internal and external stakeholders; clarifies issues.

What You Need to Make a Difference

A passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for…

  • You are an engineer 
  • You have excellent communication skills of English (C1) 
  • You have experience in quality and production process 
  • You have experience in the application of problem solving tools: 8D Methodology, Kaizen, control plan, FMEA, SPC 
  • 3-5 years of work experience 
  • You are an organized person 
  • Teamwork
