Description
  • Develop, review, update, modify, and approve electrical design plans and work schedules.
  • Manage estimation, budgeting, and cost control processes.
  • Supervise construction activities and ensure quality control.
  • Select and evaluate materials for projects.
  • Oversee equipment maintenance to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with clients and engineers to ensure projects meet specifications.
  • Build and maintain relationships with consultants, vendors, suppliers, and other professionals to expand networks.
  • Continuously maintain and improve existing engineering processes.
  • Conduct technical meetings with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in Electrical Engineering
  • Extensive practical experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Practical experience with CAD software.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Excellent motivational skills and multitasking abilities.
  • Preferred Contractor or consultant background
