• A four year electrical engineering or electronics engineering degree, 7+ years of experience designing power electronics, and 1+ year of experience designing embedded firmware are required for this position
• Pay is up to $140,000 annually
• Must be a United States citizen or Green Card holder
• No remote as this is a Monday through Friday onsite position
• Full-time, permanent W-2 employee

The successful candidate will be focused on new product development so there will never be a dull day. The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate are as follows:

• Developing new products
• Solving complex electrical engineering / electronic engineering related problems
• Analyzing and designing circuits
• Creating the PCB design
• Developing embedded software
• Overseeing projects
• Assisting and supporting sales, marketing and customers
• Training
• Traveling up to 10%, mostly out of state
• Prototyping
• Field testing
• Lab testing
• Documenting
• Communicating verbally and in writing

The background of the successful candidate must include the following:

• A four year electrical engineering or electronics engineering degree
• 7+ years of power electronics design experience
• 1+ year of embedded firmware design experience
• Exceptional communication and documentation skills
• A well written, thoughtful resume showcasing exceptional written communication skills
• Possess a passion for engineering
• Possess a strong work ethic
• Possess the ability to learn a large amount of new material
• Possess the ability to travel up to 10%, mostly out of state
