Minimum experience of in electrical design for industrial machinery,preferably concrete pumps or batching plants or similar heavy machinery sectors.
• Overview:
The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for the design and development of electrical systems for concrete pumps, including electric boom pumps, as well as batching plants.
2. Key Responsibilities
• Electrical System Design
• Develop and design electrical systems for concrete pumps (electric boom pumps) and batching plants.
• Prepare detailed electrical schematics, layouts, and diagrams using CAD tools like AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, etc.
• Collaborate with mechanical engineers and production teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems into machinery. Senior Electrical Engineer – Concrete Line / Boom Pumps & Batching Plants.
• Experience on Auto electrical (low voltage 24V./12 V DC) circuits, Familiarity with three-phase circuit and controls.
• Compliance and Safety
• Ensure that all electrical systems comply with industry standards, including IEC, NEC, and other safety regulations.
• Review designs for compliance with safety standards, reliability, and operational efficiency.
• Automation & Control Systems
• Design and implement automation systems using PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems for control of machinery.
• Develop motor control solutions using VFDs, servo drives, and other control systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation and electrical controls in machinery.
• Experience of working on mobile controllers.
• Conversant with Electro hydraulics and knowledge of proportional valve and integration with controllers.
• Power System Management
• Design electrical power systems including motor sizing, power distribution, and UPS/generator backup for batching plants.
• Perform power consumption analysis and provide recommendations to enhance energy efficiency.
• Technical Support & Troubleshooting
• Provide technical support for resolving electrical issues during production, assembly, and field operations.
• Perform root cause analysis for electrical components and suggest improvements in the electrical circuits to eliminate/minimize the problems.
• Develop and implement solutions to enhance system reliability and performance.
• Cross-functional Collaboration
• Work closely with design, production, teams to ensure the electrical systems meet design and operational requirements.
