Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, or related field
  • 5-10 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and dynamic personality
  • High sense of responsibility
  • Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving focus.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn
  • Proficiency in IT tools (Office, AutoCAD).
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively as part of a team
  • Organized in analysis, structured in reporting, and transmission of information
  • Proficiency in English (both written and oral)
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively as part of a team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing and overseeing specialty works on construction sites
  • Analyze and study project details thoroughly before construction begins, clarifying doubts with key stakeholders (project teams, cost estimators, clients, etc.)
  • Participate in small projects as a an Electrical Engineer
  • Participate in weekly meetings with design teams
  • Prepare and compile necessary information for site inspections, meeting with inspectors to clarify issues or resolve on-site problems
  • Support team members in technical decision-making processes
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of project documentation and processes Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met
  • Assist in preparing technical reports and presentations
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices

Required Skills:

  • Understanding of electrical systems and building services
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of construction methods and materials
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations in construction
