We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Principal or Associate Electrical Engineer to join our firm, with positions available in our Bournemouth or Reading offices. In this role, you will work closely with the Project Leader, engaging directly with clients to understand their unique needs and challenges. Your expertise will be essential as you develop innovative designs and produce comprehensive reports, specifications, and guidance documents.

Additionally, you will oversee testing and commissioning activities, ensuring that all systems operate effectively and meet the highest standards of quality. Requirements

What We Are Looking For

  • In this client-facing role, you will attend project meetings and communicate the project brief to the team, requiring strong interpersonal skills and effective communication.
  • You will primarily focus on healthcare projects, ensuring that all solutions are aligned with client needs and regulatory standards.
  • You will lead the development of initial strategic concepts, taking responsibility for delivering high-quality technical work, whether independently or as part of a team.
  • Engaging with junior staff, you will provide guidance and support to help them develop their skills and maximize their contributions.
  • You will monitor fee expenditure, resources, and project delivery in collaboration with the team leader, demonstrating financial acumen.
  • You will explore innovative approaches to working, dedicating time to research and development to stay competitive in the industry.
  • Maintaining a strong reputation within the industry and adhering to quality management and risk control procedures will be essential aspects of your role.
