We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Senior or Principal Electrical Engineer to join our firm in our London office. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Project Leader, engaging directly with clients to understand and respond to their needs. Your responsibilities will include developing innovative designs, producing detailed reports, specifications, and guidance documents, as well as overseeing testing and commissioning activities to ensure all systems perform optimally.

Requirements

What We Are Looking For


  • Primarily work on mission-critical and data centre projects.
  • You'll have the opportunity to lead electrical services design on large projects and manage overall MEP for small to medium-sized projects.
  • Responsible for building successful relationships with clients and other professionals.
  • Be aware of consultant appointment conditions.
  • Define and agree on project briefs with clients.
  • Represent the firm at project meetings.
  • Manage and prioritise the workload of project teams, including specialists.
  • Host and chair internal project team meetings.
  • Contribute to the professional development of team members.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for your own growth and support the career development of others.
  • Monitor project expenditure and report to the project leader.
  • Ensure the delivery of quality standards and technical accuracy.
  • You will regularly report on cost and resource requirements to the project leader.
