AmpX Technologies, Inc. (https://www.ampxtech.com/) is looking to hire enthusiastic and qualified Power Electronics Engineers. As a Power Electronics Engineer, you will be involved in the design of power converters and will work in a fast-paced collaborative team environment. You will contribute to the development of advanced power conversion concepts as well as their implementation for application to electric vehicles, industrial systems, and solar energy conversion systems.
Requirements:
· B.Sc., M.Sc. or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related field with experience with developing power electronics and controls
· Extensive knowledge of circuit analyses and electromagnetics
· Driven and hard-working
· Ability to take direction and multi-task
· Great verbal and written communication skills
· Familiarity with PCB layout design and microcontroller or DSP coding
· Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
