Essential Job Functions:
The contractor shall provide CROWS Engineering Services in support of the CROWS program.
The contractor shall have specific knowledge of Government, DoD and US Army engineering standards and practices, related to the following: Reliability-Availability-Maintainability Analyses (Failure Modes Effects and Critical Analysis (FMECA) and Fault Tree Analysis (FTA)), and publication standards and processes
The contractor shall prepare source data for Operator & Maintainer Technical Manuals to include troubleshooting procedures, attend meetings/reviews, participate/support User Tests, Logistics Demonstrations (Log Demo), and Technical Manual (TM) validations/verifications, and provide maintenance engineering input as required.
The contractor shall support development, formulate operational & maintenance troubleshooting procedures & provide technical manual inputs on the assigned systems.
The contractor shall use 3D modeling software to compile and convert 3D models required for TM and Interactive Electronic Technical Manual (IETM) development.
The contractor shall support the Government in conducting Level of Repair Analyses (LORA) using appropriate US Army tools and methodologies for each of the systems assigned.
The contractor shall use lifecycle planning tools such as the Government-developed tools, COMPASS and Power LOG-J (https://www.logsa.army.mil/lec/products.cfm).
The contractor shall be tasked with providing liaison support with technical subject matter experts to ensure maintenance procedures are clearly and concisely articulated through the use of 2D images and IETMs.
