Bachelorβs degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Architectural Engineering (BSME, BSEE, or BSAE).
Professional Engineer (PE) License.
5-9 years of progressive experience in the field.
Proficiency with engineering design software (e.g., Revit MEP, AutoCAD) preferred.

Responsibilities:
As a fully competent Registered Professional Engineer, apply conventional engineering techniques to assigned tasks, making independent evaluations, selections, and substantial adaptations.
Lead the conceptual design for major phases of large facilities projects or oversee all engineering work on the project. Plan, schedule, and coordinate engineering activities.
Supervise project design and progress, ensuring alignment with City, State, and County officials, as well as other external agencies. Resolve complex problems such as conflicting design requirements or coordination challenges.
Act as a liaison between clients, subcontractors, design teams, and relevant agencies.
Review and prepare technical specifications, contract documents, and cost estimates.
Participate in contract bidding and administration; conduct site observations during project execution.
Supervise less experienced engineers and technical support staff. Perform other duties as directed by Project Engineers or Project Managers.
