Job Purpose
We are looking for Design Civil Lead for Renewables project (Solar & Wind) who has expertise in Design & Engineering of civil & structural works (experience of 10 – 14 yrs. in Solar/Wind/ ISTS projects)

Management
Lead and mentor a team of civil engineers, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
Oversee the planning and execution of civil engineering tasks, ensuring the team meets project goals and deadlines.
Complete Front End, Preliminary & detailed design of Renewables engineering package (Solar PV/ Wind/ EHV Substation).
Understanding the overall project scope and deliverables design & engineering pertaining to Civil & Structural.
Design and Site Assessment
In-depth knowledge of design and detailing of civil, infrastructural, and structural components involved in Solar PV plant, trackers, substation, Wind USS & HT yard etc
Direct the development of comprehensive civil engineering designs, including foundations, Detail Engineering of various civil RCC and Steel components such as Main control room,
Module mounting structure (Fix and Seasonal Tilt), short pile foundation, inverter stations with shed, transformer foundations, substation foundations, cable trench,
underground tanks, outdoor equipment foundations and canopy etc.
Design and optimization of structures considering all the relevant parameters of IS standards
Design and detailing of structures for International Solar PV projects following IS/ ISTS/ CTU/ Utlity design standards.
Review of all the technical input documents such as contour survey report, soil investigation report, pile test report, hydrology report, drawings, bill of quantities, bar bending schedules, technical specifications in line to set IS standards and use these inputs to design all above mentioned RCC and Steel components.
Preparing and reviewing of GA and structural detailed drawings for RCC buildings, MMS structure, water tanks, transformer foundations, outdoor panel foundations, boundary wall and gate with foundations.
Prepare civil BOQ based on the provided input documents required for pre-bid engineering.
Exposure on Infrastructural areas of solar PV projects such as topography review, slope marking, levelling-grading requirements, storm water drainage, internal road network etc
Design and detailing of outdoor panel foundations, Control room, outdoor foundations, cable trench details, MMS structure and its foundation and all other miscellaneous foundations like, combiner box etc. Preparation of BOQ and BBS
Review of technical specifications and tender documents.
Detailed due diligence of existing solar PV/ Wind projects & Switchyard
Preparation of detailed design basis report/calculations for individual RCC components.
Preparation of detailed design basis report/calculations for Module mounting structure
Detailed analysis and design of gantry structures (Tower & Beams) using STAAD Pro for Substation till 400kV.
Review of Structural & Foundation of new design of Towers (33kV to 220kV) by 3rd Party consultant.
Detail design and Layout using Trackers.
