Lead Electronics Engineer – Surrey - £70,000 - £80,000 pa

A global leader in the defence sector are looking for a Lead Electronics Engineer to join their rapidly growing R&D team developing innovative security solutions from concept to release.

Responsibilities:

• Lead full product design life cycle from concept to release for new products
• Liaise with clients/customers to take requirements
• Lead projects and deliver them on time
• Research new technologies to integrate into products

Key Skills/Experience:

• Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or another relevant discipline (1^st class/2:1)
• Eligibility to obtain DV level security clearance
• PCB design & layout
• Schematic capture
• High speed circuit design
• Electronics test & prototyping

Any mix of the following would be beneficial:

• RF design/RF Circuits
• FPGA design
• VHDL/Verilog
• Embedded C/C++
• Microcontrollers & Peripherals
