A. Project Development
- Conduct feasibility study, conceptual design and basic Design for plant electrical systems.
- Create Bid Documents like Instruction to Bidders (ITB), Terms of Reference (TOR), Minimum Functional Specifications (MFS), Basis of Design (BOD).
- Review and provide comments on the submitted Contractor technical proposal such electrical lay out, electrical specifications, protection and control philosophy.
B. Project Management
- Review and provide inputs on detailed electrical diagrams, drawings and plans.
- Random inspection (surveillance) and functional tests of installed electrical equipment.
- Participate in the Factory Acceptance and Commissioning tests of electrical equipment.
- Witness in the plant performance and availability tests with focus on electrical system.
C. Plant Operations and Maintenance
- Conduct study and evaluation of Plant Performance and recommend improvement.
- Conduct in review and study of Plant Equipment Failures and recommends solutions for reliability improvement.
- Conduct study on reconfiguration or redesign of plant electrical systems and equipment in accordance with electrical best practices.
Job Specifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering, must be a licensed electrical engineer.
At least 8 years' experience in thermal power plant (at least 100MW) and energy industry (EPC experience).
