Junior Electrical Engineer - Wind Power Transmission lines, HT Yard

Must have 2+ Years experience in wind energy Projects - Installation and commissioning of Electrical Transmission lines and High Tension (HT) yards
Responsibility:
- Participate in initial site surveys to assess electrical infrastructure requirements, including grid connection points, cable routes, and substation needs.
- Verify the quality and quantity of electrical components delivered to the site, including cables, transformers, switchgear, and control systems.
- Study and understand electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and single-line diagrams for the wind turbines.
- Contribute to the development of site-specific electrical safety plans, including lockout/tagout procedures, arc flash analysis, and grounding and bonding measures.
- Supervise and assist in the installation and termination of high-voltage and low-voltage cables, ensuring proper grounding and shielding.
- Oversee the installation and connection of transformers, including grounding, oil filling, and testing.
- Assist in installing, wiring, and testing switchgear, including medium-voltage and low-voltage switchboards.
- Keep detailed records of all electrical work performed, including testing results, maintenance logs, and incident reports.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.
- 2+ years of experience in constructing Wind Power Projects, with a strong focus on Transmission Lines and HT yards.
- Proven experience in leading and managing electrical teams.
