We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Junior Electrical Engineerwith 1 year of experience to join our R&D team. This role involves creating detailed electrical designs, supporting innovative projects, and contributing to the development of advanced electrical systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with wiring, control panel logic creation, component selection, and expertise in electrical installations and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and revise detailed electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and control panel designs using AutoCAD and AutoCAD Electrical.
- Work on wiring and control panel logic creation, ensuring efficient design and functionality.
- Apply component selection criteria, including evaluating current ratings, wire gauge, and technical parameters.
- Create and maintain bills of materials (BOM) for projects.
- Present technical drawings and designs effectively to stakeholders.
- Design and develop systems involving switch gears, earthing systems, and ensure compliance with electrical standards.
- Incorporate power electronics technologies into project designs.
- Collaborate with the R&D team for testing, troubleshooting, and prototype development.
- Assist in project documentation, including revisions, as-built drawings, and adherence to deadlines.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 1 year of experience in electrical drafting, electrical installations, control panel wiring, and related areas.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD / AutoCAD Electrical or Electrical design softwares
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, including DGs, motors, and solar technologies is an added advatages
- Knowledge of switch gears, earthing systems, and adherence to electrical standards.
- Familiarity with power electronics and renewable energy systems.
- Ability to prepare detailed BOMs and manage technical documentation.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong presentation skills for drawings.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
