Job Description
The System Test Engineer will develop and execute test plans and procedures for cabin monitoring, digital vision, connectivity, and various other technologies. Testing will include SIL, HIL, and Vehicle level testing.
Job responsibilities of System Test Engineer are as follows but not limited to:
Review of System Requirements and System Architecture.
Participate in design reviews as needed.
Develop test plans and procedures to validate system requirements.
Execute test plans and document results.
Provide status of test results.
Report and root cause all issues discovered and drive them to closure.
Follow Gentex system engineering processes.
Ensure system development and validation are according to ASIL ISO26262 and ASPICE.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering.
5 to 10 years of work experience with system engineering and SW development
