Your responsibilities


We're hiring a passionate Electronics Engineering Team Lead (W/M/D) to join our Porto office and lead the creation of cutting-edge electronic content. In this role you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of electronic design automation. You'll lead an innovative team, ensuring that every piece of electronic content not only meets but exceeds industry standards. Your leadership will be key to transforming ideas into high-quality, technically sound circuit designs that drive our platform’s success.


What You'll Do:
  • Inspire and Lead: Guide and mentor a talented team of junior electronics engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Drive Excellence: Oversee and guarantee the technical integrity of all processes related to circuit design and integration, acting as the custodian of quality.
  • Innovate and Create: Deliver impactful electronic content that enables seamless design automation on our platform.
  • Strategize and Execute: Collaborate on strategic planning for electronic content creation, ensuring alignment with our company’s vision.
  • Manage and Optimize: Effectively manage project timelines, workloads, and team sprints to ensure timely delivery of top-tier content.




Your profile


  • A degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field. Interest in PCB design, electronics schematics and layout is highly advantageous. 
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience leading, managing, and developing teams within the electronics industry.
  • Proficiency with EDA/CAD tools for electronics design, such as Eagle, Altium, PADS Pro, or KiCad.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Fluent English is required for the role.
