Electrical Engineering Intern

Garver’s College Station Water Design Center (WDC), a concentrated group of experts in water treatment facility planning and design, is seeking a motivated engineering student to join our team as an Electrical Engineering Intern in College Station, TX for Summer 2025.  This intern will gain real-world experience in design while working in a fast-paced, professional setting. Join our group of professionals who are working with communities throughout the region and are developing solutions for their water needs. 

Internship Description: 

• Work alongside and be mentored by experienced electrical design professionals and industry leaders 
• Gain real-world electrical engineering experience through assisting with a wide array of water and wastewater treatment and conveyance projects 
• Receive training from our experienced water design staff and project managers 
• Gain experience in the competitive consulting engineering industry 
• Visit some of Garver’s Water project sites

Requirements: 

• Must be pursuing an electrical engineering degree at an ABET-accredited program 
• A strong desire to assist with a wide array of water and wastewater treatment and conveyance-projects 
• Proven time management skills and work ethic 
• Proven professional communication skills 
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
