Fluor Plant Engineering office is part of the E&C Energy Solutions Sustaining Capital Projects Business Line.
We are looking for an Electrical Engineer to support the regional team (Spain) from Tarragona or Cartagena.
This position supports the Electrical department on assigned projects through the following Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine calculations, specify simple equipment, and solve problems of simple engineering complexity.
• Low and high voltage equipment design and specifications.
• Understand and perform single line diagrams and control diagrams.
• Design power, lighting and grounding facilities. Layouts.
• Perform work descriptions for construction.
• Plant visits and communications management with the clients.
• Other duties as assigned• Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in engineering field of study and no required previous years of work-related experience (new graduate); a recognized professional certification or registration in the applicable field, if required; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements
• Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines
• Engineer-in-Training achievement status accomplished
• Intermediate computer and software skills to include the use of word processing, e-mail, spreadsheet and electronic presentation programsNo experience requiredSoftware skills: CAD design
