Our Company is seeking a highly skilled and
experienced Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team in the mining sector.

Key
Responsibilities:

Legal Appointment: If
you hold a GCC (Mines and Works), you will be appointed as per Section
2.13.1 of the Mine Health and Safety Act (MHSA), overseeing the safety and
legality of all electrical work on site.

Compliance & Safety:
Ensure all electrical installations, modifications, and maintenance align
with MHSA regulations, national standards, and company policies.

Project Leadership:
Oversee the design, installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical
systems. Manage electrical contractors and project teams, ensuring quality
and timely delivery.

Integration & Coordination:
Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to integrate electrical
systems into the overall project design.

Risk Management:
Identify and mitigate risks associated with electrical work, ensuring all
safety measures are implemented.

Quality Control:
Implement and oversee quality control procedures for electrical
installations. Conduct inspections and testing to ensure compliance.

Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on electrical progress,
safety compliance, and system performance.

Emergency Response:
Participate in emergency response planning, supporting during incidents
and investigations.
Qualifications
& Skills:

Education: National Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
in Electrical Engineering or a related qualification.

Professional Registration:
Preferred.

GCC (Mines & Works):
Highly preferred.

Experience: At
least 8 years of experience in the mining industry, specifically in
mineral processing.

Regulatory Knowledge:
Strong understanding of the Mine Health and Safety Act.

Languages: Proficiency in English is essential.
Knowledge of any of the following languages is advantageous: German,
Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Hindi, Arabic, Thai, Indonesian, Tagalog,
Vietnamese, Malay.
