Electrical Engineer (Facility Dept.)

This site is the integral manufacturing plant and R&D Center. It is the first smart factory in Thailand. It will enable us to respond to growing automobile production in Thailand and to serve international as well as local automotive customers on the spot. The supplier of technology and services is focusing heavily on connected manufacturing at the factory.

Manufacturing Plant: The plant is producing two major product categories: connectors and fuel injection units. Connectors are a booming segment with growth potential in the ICE- and EV-market. The factory is also the first plant for the manufacturing of gasoline injection systems in Thailand. It is capable of producing millions of fuel injector units every year and can meet the increasing demand of our customers in the region.

R&D Center: The R&D office and laboratory are located on same site as production. In order to have dedicated laboratory accommodating automotive specific machine and equipment such as fuel testing benches and Noise, Vibration, Harshness chambers.

• Coordinate and give the supervision to the contractor, IFM Contractor for implement PM & CM regulation.
• Lead troubleshooting to recover the breakdown and minimize the downtime for all FCM equipment.
• Establish the document (SOP, WI , All records) which is necessary for maintenance system to meet ISO9000, ISO14000, Company Standard.
• Implement the Energy Saving Program with the report , according to Thai Law.
• Give the support to GR activity and implementation Ex. IFM  etc.
• Do Project Improvement and support New Extension Project which is related to Facility system (Electrical), Fire alarm system, DMS etc.

Educational Background

• Bachelor's degree or master's degree in Mechanical Engineer or related field

Qualification

• Knowledge of Facility Equipment in Big Manufacturing Factory Environmental.
• Basic English in speaking and reading
•  Knowledge in Computer for set up document.
• Minimize breakdown time of production to be zero.
• Implement Energy Saving Program and report. 
• Have Experience in Maintenance of Facility & Utility System for at least 3 years.
• Implement Preventive maintenance program with the effectiveness 100 %
• Knowledge in Electrical Power System / Instrument / PLC.
• Experienced and knowledge for HVAC system
• Troubleshooting Skill of Facility Equipment.
• Knowledge in Energy Saving Program.
• Knowledge in Calibration Program.
