Our client is an international packaging manufacturer.

Responsibilities

• Planning and coordinating incoming service requests and machine installations.


• Collaborating with customers, project supervisors, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.


• Managing service orders, materials, and costs, ensuring efficient resource allocation.


• Providing preventive maintenance and optimising machine performance by analyzing data.


• Leading and coaching external service employees, ensuring timely resolutions to customer issues.


• Handling acquisitions, quotes, warranty assessments, and invoicing with the accounting team.


• Ensuring maximum uptime and customer satisfaction through proactive support and advice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.


• Strong experience with PLC Beckhoff systems.


• Minimum of 5 years in electrical engineering and after-sales service roles.


• Willingness to travel internationally for training, including to the Netherlands.


• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
