Develop, document, and test diffusion furnace processes and systems including PCBA programming, process control interfaces, and system wiring configurations.
Provide factory system test and field service support.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop PLC, PAL, and EPROM programs and specify PCBA modifications for driving gas control systems. Develop power distribution schematics to support multiple control systems. Develop or re-engineer PCBA's as required to support system configuration changes. Perform system testing to validate designs. Develop test methods for use in system production. Design and/or modify general electronic and electrical circuitry and validate its operation Provide production and field support for electronic and electrical issues on systems. Provide training to system technicians for electronic and electrical subsystem operation. Implement alternate PLC solutions for system control.

General Requirements:
Semiconductor processing equipment experience strongly preferred.
Bachelor's degree in electrical/electronic engineering
Working knowledge of PCBA design and function and electrical power circuitry.
Xilinx and other programmable device experience.
Proficient at reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, bills of materials, etc.
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English e Ability to travel domestically and internationally
