The Electrical Engineer will help provide comprehensive electrical engineering services geared to cover all facets of the construction process, beginning with design initiation, through the commissioning of systems. This position will report to The Electrical Department Manager and office Principal and serve as a key member of the Engineering team. At Energy 1, our passion is to Demand Better. Duties and Responsibilities
The Electrical Engineer will possess strong abilities to work collaboratively with all members of the design team, mentor designers and teach electrical staff for their progression, accept responsibility of all designs under their direct supervision, and effectively communicate with customers, contractors, and staff. They will manage electrical staff under their direct supervision, their individual time on projects, and expectations of the project PMs. They should be a self-starter, motivated, and able to work independently, but at the same time work collaboratively with others to establish priorities, meet deadlines, and respond to changing demands.
